For hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any jewelry products once they have been delivered, except in the case of a wrong size (as described below). This policy ensures that all our customers receive brand-new and unused products.

Exchanges for Wrong Size: If you receive a jewelry product with the wrong size, you may request an exchange within 10 days of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that products showing any signs of wear or damage cannot be exchanged.

Exchange Process: To request an exchange for a product with the wrong size, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at contact@itri-accessories.store within 10 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.
  • We will guide you through the exchange process, which may include returning the product to us (at your expense) and receiving a replacement product with the correct size.

Shipping Costs: For exchanges due to a wrong size, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product to us. We will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement product back to you.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygienic reasons. These include:

  • Earrings
  • Nose rings and studs
  • Body jewellery (such as belly button rings)
  • Any other jewellery items that have come into contact with the skin

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and provide appropriate assistance, which may include a refund or replacement, depending on the circumstances.

Refunds: Refunds are only issued in cases where we are unable to provide a replacement product with the correct size for an exchange. If eligible for a refund, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase within 30 working days.
